Day 1 Highlights: Petrovic Takes Early Lead

After setting a blistering pace in testing and clinching Pole Position in qualifying, the first race saw Stevan Petrovic of RCR Sweden lead the pack into Turn 1, but a slight error at the chicane allowed Erik Stillman of ES Racing and Erlend Juan Olsen of AutoTech-Sport Norway to challenge him fiercely. A Safety Car was called out on track after Olsen made a mistake heading into Mjölby. With Petrovic caught out by the incident, Stillman took his chance and grabbed the lead. Petrovic then reclaimed the lead from Stillman in a daring outside manoeuvre at Turn 1, eventually leading to his win. The race concluded with Stillman and Ludvig Bäck of RCR Sweden rounding out the podium.
