The wait is over. After an unforgettable 2024 season packed with drama, upsets, and a title fight that went down to the wire, the Radical Cup Scandinavia roars back to life this weekend at Gelleråsen Arena.
Located just outside Karlskoga, Gelleråsen is a familiar battleground for Radical teams. With three sprint races lined up, it’s the perfect stage to set the tone for what promises to be the most competitive season in the championship’s history.

The 2024 season opened at Gelleråsen with a rain-soaked Race 1, where Erlend Juan Olsen navigated the wet conditions to take the win from pole-sitter Johan Leander.
Stevan Petrovic then stamped his authority with back-to-back victories in Races 2 and 3. That weekend marked the beginning of a fierce title fight that wouldn’t be settled until the final round.

Last year delivered seven different race winners and 18 unique podium finishers—proof of just how deep the talent runs in this paddock.
Now, the bar is even higher. The 2025 grid brings together top teams and drivers from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, with more contenders than ever fighting for the Nordic title. The calendar includes six championship rounds across Scandinavia, plus a special mid-season invitational at Zandvoort against Radical’s best from across Europe.
“We’re thrilled to be back,” said Filip Svensson, Series Manager of Radical Cup Scandinavia. “This year, we have incredibly competitive teams and drivers representing Sweden, Norway, and Denmark and a calendar that showcases some of the best circuits in the region. Everything is in place for a fantastic season.”
But before the championship tour kicks into full gear, all eyes are on Karlskoga. With momentum up for grabs, rivals reigniting, and new names looking to make a mark, Round 1 sets the tone.
And it starts this weekend.
