Petrovic Storms To Victory In Race 2

Stevan Petrovic delivered a stellar performance in Race 2 of the MOMO Radical Cup Scandinavia at Gelleråsen, moving from P3 to P1 after the first corner. Pole sitter Johan Leander initially led the pack down to Turn 1, but a lockup caused him to run wide, allowing Petrovic to seize the inside line and take the lead. Erlend Olsen, who started from P2, was caught up in the incident, losing a position to Jørn Martin Aalerud.

It was a nice reward for Aalerud, who went off the track during Race 1 and had to work through the night to have the car ready in time. A podium that must have tasted extra sweet for the Norwegian. Winner of Race 1, Erlend Juan Olsen, finished fourth.

Further down the field, an intense battle unfolded between Erik Stillman, Ludvig Bäck, Jesper Fristedt, and Gustav Emanuelsson. The competition was fierce, with Bäck coming tantalizingly close to overtaking Stillman, who ultimately held on to secure fifth place.
